Here's our thread for the EF 85mm f1.2L II USM. It's the EF fly by wire lens that has (for me) taken on a new life with the AI driven AF on my R8 & R6ii cameras.
It's still one the best porttrait lenses ever made....but it's great at shooting a lot more than that!20230605-IMG_1622.jpg

This is amazing. But the horizon looks like it's half of a third of a tenth of a degree off and it bugs me. 😂
lol, everyone’s a critic. The church spire is vertical and also in the reflection. So the image correct and level. There is no visible horizon in this image, this is a church on an island on an enclosed lake in the alps. A mist layer was travelling across the lake unparallel to my camera, giving an impression of a wonky horizon.

Through I love the colour contrast of 85ii but shooting at 1.2 is not alway my ideal aperture
