Not really, this thread includes all Asian countries, where as the far-east is a specific zone, excluding most of Asia.

Canton Tower. Including the radio mast, it is the second tallest tower in the world, second tallest in Asia, and tallest in China. Note that a tower isn't meant for occupation for residences or offices.
