Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is Action. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

Show us some Action this week...

Here are the rules:

  • Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives.
  • Shots need to be taken between Tuesday, after the new theme is posted and the following Monday by sunset (Whenever that is for you).
  • Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
  • Post your shots at any time during the week.
  • Please abide by the Focus on Photography posting rules.
  • Please keep your contributions to a maximum of 4 images or less.
As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

That's it!

Have fun!

This is probably stretching the meaning of the theme a bit - but I'm posting it anyway!

This camera was made sometime between 1914 and 1926. That is, I reckon, over ~100 years and, over that time, it has seen plenty of Action

This one really needs a new bellows but, apart from that, everything is functional...

This was taken with my old 5D and it makes me wonder: How many of our digital cameras will still be around in 100 years. Bad lighting so lens stepped right down - not a lot is in focus :p

Camera - Canon EOS R50 - F-number - ƒ/7.0999999046326 That is a pretty specific f/stop!

That is some great action Kevin !

This photo does not so much show action as suggests it. Climbed a local mountain I've been photographing for many years. Decided this spring to get in shape and give it a go at the end of our good weather. Not too big on selfies, but there wasn't anyone else up there to take the photo ;)
