WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK: Part 977 - The Letter "G"

Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is The Letter "G". As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.


Show us things that start with the Letter "G"


Here are the rules:

• Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives.
• Shots need to be taken between Tuesday, after the new theme is posted and the following Monday by sunset (Whenever that is for you).
• Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
• Post your shots at any time during the week.
• Please abide by the Focus on Photography posting rules.
• Please keep your contributions to a maximum of 4 images or less.
  

As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

I didn't know there was a limit except for four images per post. I've done more than four before. Is that per thread?

I went looking for some Graffiti - there are two sorts around here; the owner of a building gets annoyed, paints his walls an even colour and invites the locals to decorate it - and the ferals that will tag a wall because that is what they are...
Here is the first sort:




no - this is not upside down - check the sky is still where it should be...



and here is the one where the supermarket wall in the staff smoking area is decorated by ferals:

Faded star on the Oostende seawalk, and they even spelled his first name wrong, it's Grigoriy Dobrygin

That's the spelling on the star. Grigoriy, the same as you typed. What's off, a difficulty with diacritical marks not coming through or something?
