Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is The End of the Road. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

This is the last week and last entry for WWPW on POTN. We did 898 weeks and posted a lot of photos and made some friends along the way, so ...
Let's post up some photos of the End of the Road. You can, of course, interpret this in any way that makes sense to you. Cheers to you all,
HAPPY NEW YEAR and Best Wishes for New Beginnings

Here are the rules:

  • Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives.

  • Shots need to be taken between Tuesday, after the new theme is posted and the following Monday by sunset (Whenever that is for you).

  • Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!

  • Post your shots at any time during the week.

  • Please abide by the Focus on Photography posting rules
That’s it! Have fun! As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

That's it!

Have fun!

The "end of the road" (or the beginning) of the Trans Canada Trail system. At 24,000 km (15,000 mi), it's the longest such system in the world, from sea to sea to sea.
I've visited each of the three trailheads - at Cape Spear, Newfoundland; Victoria, British Columbia; and in Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories - but none of them by hiking.

(A companion piece for my Trans-Canada Highway pic over at https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?p=19583497&mg=429265&i=i60680355 Comes with being the most easterly point in North America - excluding Greenland.)
