WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK: Part 1000 - The Best of World Wide Photo Week

As a Weekend Activity (#62), I went Shopping (#3) just Twenty Minutes from Home (#24) since ‘Tis the Season (#42) to Rush (#89) to the Store Fronts (#35) for a bit of Consumerism (#88) - a Sign of the Times (#32) o_O.
Nice job combining themes to get a compound description that makes sense. I notice that all your numbers are low in the list of 1000. Right, I'm not about to read that whole thread, either. ("Ring of Fire" does have a high number because that idea was held over unused from a recent week.)

Here is another photo that gets a few of the WWPW topics: Little Green

Worldwide Photo Day Part 86: Showtime
Worldwide Photo Week Part 542 - Small/Tiny

This is a very small cinema in the side of a building. it plays movie clips
that you view through a small window. Right now they are Christmas themed.
The I/G link shows it in action.

Took a walk "After dark (375)", about "20 mins from home (432)" to drink in the Providence "Skyline (488)" on a cold, icy and unfortunately, a sad day for the city. I hoped to get some "Reflections (462)", but the ripples in the water only reflected the ripples tearing through the City.

Thanks. Yes, I filled that one in under a hundred. If I'd gone much farther I'd have had a short story, if not War and Peace. :geek:

Worldwide Photo Day Part 78 - Flash
Worldwide Photo Week Part 566 - What's Important to You?
Worldwide Photo Week Part 442 - Things That Start with "F"
Worldwide Photo Week Part 227 - Friends
Worldwide Photo Week Part 222 - Animal, Vegetable or Mineral

This is my best little Friend Flash and he is so very important to me.

Thank you to Joayne for all of the work that you put into this each and every week.IMG_1064.jpeg

Question - Should we keep this going?
Maybe so. People are coming in with creative shots, well thought out to use the 1000 topics, taken near the end of WWPW week. Entries usually taper off after the weekend. A new topic started now would run into a very busy time for many, including travel, and some would likely not get to it at all. But I could go either way on this question.

Well, then! While #3 shopping in #302 public spaces today, I #203 spotted some #133 signs of the season--namely, #895 holiday decorations. These #142 stacks of #275 circular #886 constructions featured #286 red #969 spirals made of tape, a #82 color #255 contrast with the #315 greenery whose cones also exhibited #99 geometric spirals. All ready for #297 Christmas!

Make it so...
Please continue posting for week 1000. Y'all are doing a great job with this topic.

We will do Christmas Song titles next week and through the New Year.
This time of the year my cameras tend to revert to bench warmers. But if a topic comes along that grabs me I will happily chip in.
