What Happened to the "Thread Starter" label?

The ribbon is turned off for the 3 styles:
- A Familiar Look
- A Classic Look
- Midnight Blue

Why? I don't like it covering the avatars :p
Is there a place to put a symbol outside the avatar? I like to know who the TS was. In a thread > one page, you have to go back to find out.

Something similar: What does the tiny green headshot at the bottom of an avatar mean? It used to be all over and now is missing from some avatars.

Interesting. And it doesn't seem exclusive to obvious categories: former PoTN, focus staff, post count. Who are the greenies?

But not if you've deselected "show your online status" from your preferences? I see a green icon over my avatar even though I've opted out of showing my online status. I take it that means we're not permitted to live the lie. ;-)
That's a good question, Matt. It should be respected. I'm going to look into that.

Okay. Matt, you are hidden. You can see your own green badge, and I can see it because I am an administrator. But when I log into my test account as a normal member I can't see it. So your privacy is safe.
So XenForo makes sure I know I'm online when I am. Truly, they thought of everything!

I just checked and it looks like it's style dependent.
The ribbon shows when using the following styles:
  • Default Style
  • Classy
  • Shades of Grey
  • Shades of Grey (+ Font Size)

The ribbon doesn't show for all other styles.
We need 48 more Shades of Grey.

Just so I don't start another thread, I'll ask here in this one. I just noticed that the EDIT function duration has been changed again. How much time do we have now to EDIT one of our posts?

We have a fix! In the A Familiar Look skin, the thread starter is now named near the tops of pages, on the left. I noticed it this morning. Thank you, and how long has it been here?
