That's a grim-looking place fotoi! Thanks for posting.Center section of Zeppelin Field grandstand in Nurnberg, Germany, as it is today. Bottom photo shows it as it was during WWII. The large columns on either side of the grandstand have been removed as was the large swastika, blown up after it was captured by the Americans on April 22, 1945.

I often have the same conflicting thoughts, Chuck - I give the like in appreciation of the memorial to the past for future generations lest they forget and the photographer's efforts in presenting the scene that we would otherwise never have been aware of had it not been posted.
