I keep getting more offers from Topaz...they want me to upgrade.

I have all the modules except Video Enhance.

My question for those who have upgraded Photo AI...is it worth the upgrade?

I'm not sure. I think both Sharpen AI and DeNoise AI give better results than Photo AI, plus the two separate programs can be set up in more detail. Unfortunately Topaz doesn't develop them further on the grounds that Photo AI can do the same thing. Still, I paid for the Photo AI upgrade for another year, with updates coming out every now and then, but I still mostly use both Sharpen AI and DeNoise AI - but increasingly I reduce noise directly in Camera Raw.

I agree and think to single purpose plugins did a better job.

Just an FYI to any Photo AI users.
I bought Photo AI in December of 2023, paid full price on it. Today, I've been trying to find a way to roll back the updated (newest) version which is automatic and won't let me save without paying the full price again on the update. I don't want the newer version, the one I paid for works perfectly for what I need. I have to reinstall because I reformatted.

I have tried to find a rollback version and Topaz Labs has made it impossible to download the version I bought - not in my products or in my Topaz account, and even my downloads folder with the installer from the version I want, reverts to the newer version which demands payment before saving. They don't have any 'Previous Versions' site either.

Topaz claims you own the version you paid for in perpetuity. They won't allow you to re-download the version you paid for!

So buyer beware. If for any reason you have to re-install, you will be forced to pay the full upgrade whether you want to or not.

As for me, I will be looking for another app. I refuse to be ripped off this way. Right now I've spent the last working day searching for a solution from Topaz. I'm furious!
