So, just today, at around 5:00 PM(17:00), my notifications show this:

I've also seen this in the forums; 'Tomorrow at,' 'Later Today,' and so on.

What's this all about?
It sometimes autocorrects within less than an hour, other times taking several hours.
I'm at a loss.

I’m stumped as to how this happens. I just checked my own alerts and I’m not seeing any issue with the time stamps. Could it be that the system time is off on one of your computers or devices you use to access the site? Just clutching at straws here.

I poked around the Xenforo forum a bit and found that this happens when local time of the post gets published before a thread on the server has a chance to translate that timestamp value and account for the timezone. It's basically someone posted something at a location that it is already tomorrow for them as compared to your local timezone. It will eventually work itself out. It's an artifact of running on a cloud system I think. In any case, it is benign.
