Time to return

I used to post regularly in the Birds on POTN. Other things in life came along and I had to cut right back on my photography. I have now pretty much retired, and at 69 have moved from BC, Canada to Portugal. I have changed some of my equipment for lighter lenses, as you sometimes have to do when aging, and was looking at getting back to POTN- until I read that it was shutting down. This new Forum is just what I need, it looks great and I hope to shortly get back into my photography again. Great to see that many of the 'regulars of old' are still around too.

This place has been shaping up to be an almost direct replacement to POTN,
while participation seems to have exceeded POTN's last few years.

We've been gathering for a few weeks now, and it's been looking very good.
