The new Nikon NIKKOR Z 28-400mm f/4-8 VR lens is now shipping

Sounds like an interesting choice for a travel lens.... not sure what compromises were made to accommodate such a large FL range in a compact package.

The official release date is tomorrow, April 18. Costs $1300.
