My first time using Pixinsight and what a process, but can only get easier the more I use it. This is 8 hours of data on the Nebula.

Trust me, PI will get easier... It may not seem like it right now, but before you know it, you'll be doing everything so naturally.
I would suggest watching a few YT videos and following along and making notes on the steps they use. Create icons for the processes and scripts you use and save them as a default layout.
Also, I know the program is a chunk of change but go ahead and invest in BlurX, And NoiseX. You can use Starnet++ but StarX is really nice too. And Russel Crowman, the developer of the "X" plugins just announced that he's working on a major upgrade to StarX that will be just as game changing as the new BlurX 2 AI4.

Pix is most differently worth the price for what it can do. I'm using the free trial version right now, but I will be buying it...

If it weren't for YT video's I wouldn't have been able to create the above image and would have probably gave up with out them. I used starnet2 and EZ Processing Suite since they were free, but I hear the X add-ons are better and make a big difference.
