Sad but true.Austin Texas the Capital of my Country. But ruined and invaded by enemies foreign and domestic. Sad. I don't go there as much anymore. Did a lot in high school and college

Cranes never look very stable to begin with, top heavy as they are or seem to be. I don’t trust them either and don’t like to be close to them. They do sometimes fall.Just look at all those cranes. Statistically, you have to think one has to come down calamitously. But that attitude comes from my days in NYC. I'll sooner trust a drunk to stay upright more than a crane.
I thought everyone from Texas spoke that way.'Enemies foreign and domestic'???
Nice image. I hear some people moved to Texas from California and raised the average IQ of both states.Austin Texas the Capital of my Country. But ruined and invaded by enemies foreign and domestic. Sad. I don't go there as much anymore. Did a lot in high school and college

This is seemingly incongruous, yet still fun to ponder.Nice image. I hear some people moved to Texas from California and raised the average IQ of both states.
It makes as much sense as the quoted textThis is seemingly incongruous, yet still fun to ponder.
For as many cranes there are around the world, I'm amazed that they don't fall more often. Here in Dallas we had one fall a few years ago but it turned out to be operator error. They forgot to put it into feather mode before a thunderstorm. I agree though, they don't look as if they should be standing.Cranes never look very stable to begin with, top heavy as they are or seem to be. This year we had one crane falling and one crane tipping over because one of its legs sunk into the ground so it was literally wobbling. This was in a street and people were evacuated. A second crane was brought in to stabilise it and it was taken away, so this one ended well. But I remember more accidents with these cranes in previous years. For as many cranes there are around the world, I'm amazed that they don't fall more often. .Unless you're more than 179 years old, the capital of your country is about 1500 miles (2500 km) to the northeast. I know that online forums attract a lot of retired folk (like me), but most of us are still shy of that benchmark.
Color cast can be quite easy to eliminate. This method works well for me restoring old pictures where the negative has picked up a color cast....
Back to photography: I wonder if LR/ACR dehaze would help. But given how blue the background is, I think it might take some substantial work to get rid of the color cast afterwards.
