Petapixel has done an in-depth review of the Tamron 90mm F/2.8 Macro Di III VXD lens, available in Nikon Z-mount and the Sony E-mount.
Pros:
1. Relatively affordable at $699
2. Excellent sharpness wide open
3. Flat focus field with excellent corner performance
Cons:
1. Less than pleasing bokeh
2. No image stabilization
Competition:
1. Nikkor 105mm F/2.8 at $850
2. Sony 90mm F/2.8 at $998
3. Sigma 105mm F/2.8 at 799
Summary:
Decent performance for Z-mount and E-mount for significant discount over OEM lenses and Sigma.
