Some people don't mind that it's not summer and go swimming on January 1. Yesterday at 2 p.m., when daredevils dived into the waves of the Big Bolevec Pond (Velký bolevecký rybník), it was 7°C in Pilsen.

Knedlíky. Dumplings (knedlíky) can be bread, potato, Carlsbad, speck with sauce to meat, or fruit with cottage cheese, filled with strawberries or plums, apricots and so on.

kenedliky dumplings with hot stew and pilsner beer...very nice.. I like the Czech Republic. I have visited a few times. Prague, Ostrava, Opava, Olomouc plus many other places...
