This image goes beyond simply showing a street-food business. It suggests the larger atmosphere of NYC street culture. Wouldn't it be great if that were easy?

The smoke coming from this cart was incredible. It was actually more prominent before I got close enough to photograph it.
The aromas coming from many of these NYC vendors' carts are also amazing (even from the ubiquitous burnt food).
