Sony Lounge Thread GM-CR MK IV-A

Just don’t like 50mm focal length or is the lens not up to image quality standards? I like shooting in focal length pairs: 20mm with 50mm, and 35mm with 85mm, and take just one pair shooting at a time.
I think I like 50mm as I actually enjoyed the images from the Sigma 50mm f/2 (should have kept that one longer) and would likely love the 50 GM or Art but I’m a bit of a minimalist even with my camera gear and just feel bad if I’m not using everything so would struggle with a 35/50/85.

Convenience when traveling I’d love something like the Tamron 28-75mm but it would be used like once a year which I can’t justify, if I don’t use something for a few months I sell it 🤣

Delivery day! This beauty just arrived. Honestly holding both my tamron 35-150 and this the weight difference isn’t much at all in real feel. Amazing engineering by Sony once again.

Blue tits are back again this year. I also have a bamboo right next to the bird box which has expanded enough to start pushing the fence. Didn't feel like I could leave it until they fledged so I was trying to hack it back whilst also being careful whilst working next to the box. Then I noticed this shot from the side. Went in to get the 135, nice to get a different angle and of course its got allll the bokeh!
