Any camera, any brand, old, new.

Leica Q2 (Daniel Craig x Greg Williams edition)

It's wearing an outfit and looks unused.. kinda snobby ;)

I think he has that cover on it because he knows that people might snicker if they saw what is underneath. Kinda like people seeing that you're on an Apple computer and you're afraid of what they might think or say. I don't blame him, actually. The camera might be OK, but I wouldn't know since I use one of the popular brands.

Is this a personal experience ...

My response was a little joke about and towards someone (?) posting something about a screenshot I had up temporarily, indicating that I was on a Mac. It was just a benign jab at the camera. Having some fun. ;)

Neil that is a super piece of gear. Looking forward to seeing some images from it.

Some of mine, shot taken years ago. The tiny Canon S95 on the left is my wife's, shown here merely for scale. I have two Canon SL1's (100D). One was converted to IR by LifePixel. I have them marked differently on the hot-shoes as not to confuse them when I grab one and run off somewhere only to discover I have the wrong cam (yes, I've done that). The 5D3 when I want to do more serious work and the others for just snapshots or vacation pics. Size can matter sometimes. I also shoot with my iPhone13 Pro, which luckily also has RAW mode.

Canon 40D, Canon 24-105 L @ 24mm, f/10, 1/50, iso 1600

Thanks - it will need to be dusted off.... as it has been a while... new forum may help stir that back up.

Oh my! That's one hunk of gorgeous equipment there. Wow.

Cheers, it even has a neck strap for that portable thought ...

First camera I bough with money I earned. Worked all summer for it. I must have been 10~11 or so. I still have the camera and it still works. One of these days I have to get a roll of film and try it out.
