Looking pretty darn good. Glasses have zero reflection, a bit on the iris of your eye but a damn fine grab.

Looking good! Good job with the positioning of the light source. As long as it is far enough off axis and if you tilt your face just slightly away from the light, the specular reflection will miss the camera.
