RF vs EF rear lens caps.

Found a solution for the problem I've been having, getting my EF and RF caps mixed up.

My problem is not getting them mixed up as I used white paint marker to mark the R caps but rather the fact that they will only go on one way and I often fumble until I line them up. But that is a good idea non the less

Yes that’s the other problem and I’ll be doing the same thing with the white paint. It’s really frustrating to reach in the bag for a cap and having to fumble for the right one.

I ordered a German brand called Achatzi. They fit both RF and EF - no fumbling. They fit securely and seem as robust as the OEM. They are red, sport a large brand name, and are quite expensive at 15 euro each. Well worth to for the fumbling and frustration they eliminate, however.

You can only edit a post up to 60 minutes after it is published, then the Edit option disappears.
