Now, do not take my word against all on its own; I still suck a bit with these guys. But, the head doesn't look squared off enough, the beak looks a bit smaller and eyes appear to be bulging a bit...it *looks* like a young or female Sharp-shinned to my eye. A nice, clean look at the bird, though, which is tough since these things like to sit in branchy trees to better ambush things.
