A local seeing this knows something is just not right about this image.

For everyone else, in Mississippi tags show the county. Most tags of law enforcement agencies say something to the effect of the tag being tax free. This tag says Vicksburg, a city of historical importance during the Civil War. No tags in Mississippi or any other southern state that I am aware of would ever show the city of the vehicle.

P.S. This is a movie prop being used to film "Off the Grid.
