Post your rubbish

I thought at first that this was sheep's wool, but it was in a hedge by the motorway, a place that was inaccessible to sheep. I then realised it was in a place where people fly-tip, as in my photo of the two sofas above. So I'm pretty sure it is man-made packaging material. Therefore, rubbish, albeit photogenic rubbish.

I have some form the NJ Meadowlands during the 80s. you guys really don't want to see that mess. LOL
 
And soon we'll start collecting the mess again on most islands like every year with the help of private contractors. The summer tourists will usually not be aware of the collective effort that offers them clean beaches and a rocky coast that does not look like a monster garbage tip. Tons of stuff and yet it always can be likened with trying to empty the ocean with a tablespoon ... A Sisyphean task no doubt . And of course the microplastic particles cannot be disposed of with these clean-ups. (Kosterhavet National park, Sweden)
