Sweet chilli prawn burger...

I had a go at making a doner kebab...

Put it in a Warburton's soft pitta. Nicer than the usual pittas. Just heat it before filling by giving it a burst in the toaster.

Recipe was from 'Bored of Lunch' air fryer book...

I used the garlic mayo to 'butter' the inside of the pitta before filling. Then I added extra Reggae Reggae tomato chilli jam as a topping.

There is no donering (rotating) involved. I would say it's best to make the kebab meat the day before and refrigerate it. That makes it much easier to carve thin slices off the joint, which can then be simply heated in the microwave.
