Post your flatlands!

Rural landscapes of level or mostly level ground with or without people, structures, and vegetation. These first two were taken through a window of a moving train in the northern San Joaquin Valley.

...That's flat! :)
(note the lighthouse at the bottom, 2/3 of the way to the right)

Even flatter than the Netherlands. This is supposed to be grazing land, but we had a bit of rain recently. Also the land is lower than 0m AMSL.
The bit I'm on is the old railway right of way, so it's on a little bit of an embankment.

The panorama is a full 180°.

Is that out towards Acle BigAI ?

It's a bit north of Acle. It's the marshes that make up the south bank of the River Thurne at Bastwick. The railway embankment that heads off the left side of the photo ends up at the new Potter Heigham bridge. Where the A149 now crosses the river.

This is looking west from the other side of the A149. Where the track crossing the old railway crosses the A149. the chalets are all on the south bank of the river.

The Haarlemmermeer polder in the Netherlands. This polder used to be a lake and is located a few meters below sea levelPB180025.JPG
