I was in Rudesheim many years ago but it was at night. The little town was so cool. I'd like to take a better look in the daytime too! Maybe someday.

I did a Viking cruise on the Rhine. We had dinner at a beer hall in Rudesheim. Also, a nice walk back to the ship!... I am thinking to do a drive through Alsace and revisit some of the castles on the middle Rhine. We have some close relatives who live near Lake Constance, they suggested to do this drive together.

Scotland is a magical place. I could go every year and never tire of it. It's well worth it AND the bad weather just means you get to try again and again!
