This thread has so much awesome in it, I hesitate to even venture here. My humble contribution - Steller's sea eagle in Rausu, Hokkaido Japan. Got lucky with the weather - sunny but cold. Temperature was about 12F (-11C) that morning.

My new R1 is so good at following birds it feels like cheating, but here's a bluetit on stealth approach to the feeders early morning!

White tailed eagle in Rausu, Hokkaido Japan. Really pleased with how this came out - I usually don't make prints but I think I'll print and frame this one.
