Many times. Fantastic place. Sadly, I don't live close to HB any more. I used to be in Pasadena which is a (relatively) short drive to Bolsa Chica. I now live near Santa Barbara and it is a bit more of a pain to get there.

I’ve got to make it to the East Coast in the Northeast one of these days. Gannets are pretty close to the top of my list-see list. I’ve never seen one.

I envy you with all the raptors, B. This is another beautiful shot.the eagles are arriving, and so are the Short-eared owls. winter here means raptors, lots of them.
