Tom this was outside of Cali Colombia on KM18. Pretty easy to take. I usually stay in Cali at least one month when I come here. If ever in the area PM me it is a very easy site to get to . I am here so much I catch the local bus up to CM 18 from Cali for about 3-4 dollars and enjoy the walk to the birding places along the road. The fincas(farms) usually change about 5-50 dollars to photograph the birds. It is pretty commercial now, but still a dirt road and very enjoyable to explore.
