Those 2 were from MidJourney. I also use DALL-E occasionally, but they don't turn out as realistic. However, DALL-E does do pretty well with incorporating legible text.
Thank you. I’m intrigued so I’ll check out MidJourney and see what it’s all about.
I’m gonna create a European bird so I can post it in @Levina de Ruijter ’s thread. Hahaha. Tricky right?

It looks like a Bluethroat, even though it's yellow, but yeah, bluethroat (Luscinia svecica). Pretty little bird.European bird...according to AI
No clue if it actually resembles a specific European species.
I'm confused though. Since this is in the Ai generated pictures, Ai created this? Or did you take it and Ai identified it?

This image is completely fake (AI generated). I literally typed "Take an image of a European bird using a 400mm f/2.8 lens" into the AI software and this is what it gave me.

AI is very intimidating, to say the least. A month ago, while we were debating what software we were going to use, or which host, or what to call it, and what it would look like with the name we were giving it, well, I simply just couldn't wait for it to be done. So, in haste and impatience, and perhaps a great lapse of judgement, I asked an AI to create this very forum, and to place long-time POTN'ers in there, including myself, and also asked it to somewhat gradually populate it with new users, new threads and new and old photos. You all know what happened next don't you? This is why we are here right now. We and FoP are all just an AI simulation. That's how good it is getting. Now... how do I leave this or turn off the sim? Gads, what have I done?

Then I asked for some women in a club and in a restaurant. It blocked my prompts as unsafe but I did get a lot of pictures that are very sexy, following western stereotypes for the shape of women, which I didn't ask. I only asked for blonde/brunette/mature woman in a mini dress at a club/restaurant. They still don't look realistic to me unlike MMP's pictures that are superb.

These recently created AI images in the several posts just above will begin to look a little less realistic from now on because the AI Forum we are now all inside of has just now learned that we now know this "reality" is only an AI. Besides, 2nd generation AI images created by a parent AI must necessarily look less realistic because of the Replicant Fade Syndrome.

This IS terrifying to me because,European bird...according to AI

I know I have yet to be fooled by any AI image of a "human"
I'm really good at picking out other AI fakes. (architecture, cars, products, wildlife)
This,.. ? This would have completely fooled me. Now that I already know it's AI, I can see an issue with the claw on the right of the image,. but I never would have associated that on my own. (hands are almost always an issue with AI humans,. thus far)
