Needing help in reaching Canon service on Canon 5d Mark IV

Hoping someone has a phone number for canon service. Bought a camera and having trouble (5d Mark IV)...probably need to send it in to Canon to be examined and worked on. Have tried for a couple of hours to resolve the issue to no avail. Wanting to talk to someone from Canon and explain the situation.

In my experience--fairly extensive but now in the past--Canon service has been quite good, with one exception: the person you talk to on the phone is NOT in the repair group, and messages can get garbled between the front-line contact person and the techs. No bad intent, just the usual problem with second-hand information. Using email avoids this because the techs can see precisely what you have written. I've had to rely on that a few times.

Well low and behold I solved my own problem. What a little patience, research and reading will do in solving problems. Thanks for everyone who helped.
