Something is off in the site metadata which should be configurable in the forum control panel. If you do a google search on "focus on photography forum", this site is number 1 on the list but the site name is listed in google as "Xenforo". This is above the url and page name in the listing.

Something strange going on with the forum software, it seems to be actively stripping the EXIF data from uploaded images, not just failing to display it. I post on other forums using the same software with no issues, but no dice here. I have an EXIF reader extension installed on my web browser, I can see the data from some other posters in the threads, but there's lots and lots missing

try to upload a new photo or re-upload the same photo as before that didn’t show the exif. We reinstalled the plugin that retains exif, so I think it should work now if you reloaded the photo from your drive.

This EXIF situation is going to be a problem until somebody can code it for us. Safari as an example doesn’t have a suitable plugin. I’m not switching to Firefox basically because I don’t like their browser.

Not really a problem though. It’s really not that big of a deal.

Righto. I'll re-upload a couple from the Vintage motorcycle thread.

Same result. I can see the EXIF as it's uploading in the text editor, as soon as it hits complete upload & the forum software embeds it or whatever it does, it vanishes. I'm using Brave browser, with EXIF viewer classic. I'll try another browser & see what happens

Edit -tried Firefox, no go. Typing this from it now. Get a little message saying EXIF data has been removed

I went and looked at a lot of photos in various threads that were uploaded in the last couple of hours and I don't see any problems with the EXIF data being displayed. I am using Firefox with the EXIFY plugin. I am not 100% sure why you are having a problem, honestly.

Can you see any EXIF data on any of the photos I've uploaded?

No, I am unable to see the exif on your photos. However, I went and looked at several threads that had posts made after yours, I.e., in the last hour to 1.5 hours and photos that were uploaded (not hit linked) displayed their exif just fine with Firefox and exify. Can you try this as well? Click on New Posts and see if you can exits for photos posted by others. Trying to triangulate where the issue is.
