I've had all those bodies back in the day when I shot Mamiya. Got rid of all and kept my RB/RZ for a while before rolling to Contax 645 and finally gave it all up for Hasselblad + LF. The 1000s was classic, especially with the prism. The Pro-TL is nice with the electronics, but the plasticky feel vs the 1000s' solid metal didn't stick well with me. Of course, having proper swappable backs on the Pro-TL vs "inserts" on the 1000s makes the difference.
If you don't plan on using TTL flash, then you can do just fine with the Pro or Super. The little WLFs are cute and light for outside and as a "vacation camera" (take the grip off and use the winder knob). They also do well in studio on a tripod.
The Super is electro-mechanical and will still fire on a dead battery. The Pro and Pro-TL will not shoot if that little battery dies. They do last quite a while, which is actually the detriment - you forget about them and never seem to have a spare around when they go.
The 645 bodies are fun for lightweight MF and are cheap with good lenses. As cheap as they are now, I'd just go Pro-TL with prism, WLF, at least 2 backs, and lenses. Well, unless you want the nostalga of having the 1000s...
