its a beetle with a red holographic paper back ground shot in a puluz photo light box using a ultra macro 1 : 5 x mag lens
A Paper Wasp tending the nest in our back garden.
Tripod mounted using Focus Bracketing and Continuous Flash Modes with Canon's Macro Twin Lite MT-26EX-RT.
The 15 frames were Aligned and Blended in PS CC.
