Heliophanus flavipes or H. cupreus (female) [stk 3 frms]

Perhaps looking for some other spider's victim to steel or perhaps a smaller web making spider? Trying to escape from me?
Wikipedia and Spider and Harvestman Recording Scheme says "When resting, Heliophanus cupreus may be found in a silken cell placed either under stones or within the litter"
Spider ID has on record of the species being seen in a web.
