Nice one, David.
But this season, riding a bicycle would result in me being very dead.
It's unbelievably hot & humid...
...but paragliding
or snorkelling

The plan Cliff, is to go paragliding all day. Either coastal dune flying, or if the wind direction goes against the current prediction, from my local mountain.
There's a 2km exclusion zone around the active peak of Sakurajima, and I've only breached that "rule" once, 21 years ago, when a sneaky, cheeky American friend convinced me we could climb up, and get close to the peak.
I couldn't read the signs on the fences at the time. She told me they said, "Be extremely careful from this point onwards...blah, blah, blah..."
I'm afraid that those photos will never be shared online.

But I have work to do today (Friday) - she's leaving at lunchtime.
And in fact, she has a concert tomorrow evening in Fukuoka...
...planned before the current panic went mainstream.
She's preparing dresses for the performance, even as I type this (Friday morning), and just shouted out, "You should fill the bath tub, so that if our water is cut off, you can still flush the toilets!"

That depends on the wind direction and strength.
6:20am here now, on July 25th
......and I'm heading to the beach in about 90 minutes to check the coastal conditions.
The Team are going to the mountain, a little further south...

We see the photo, proving you aren't dead when you took and sent it. But that drop-off could be potentially dangerous if you mess up. But then the tsunami would catch you and bring you back up to the top quickly where you'll be safe again. Or not.

Yep! I'm definitely not only in "The Land of The Rising Sun", but also in The Land of the Living.
Not so definite, is what to think of, and how to deal with, such people who are so easily tricked into believing any old thing which they watch on TV.
Or in this case, in a comic book.

I can't go into it here due to site rules, but you'd be shocked to your core how a high percentage of them can easily be manipulated and controlled, fooled and coerced.
