Is it possible to post something that is not jpg form at this Forum

Yes, it does. Click on the Print button, the second one on the far right. And then follow the instructions from the previous message.

Windows treats a PDF as another device, as mentioned earlier. You select "Save to PDF" as another printer- the image is a screenshot from Edge. You can apparently save as PDF or print to PDF

Yes, exactly. Choose save to pdf as a printer and then choose which pages to save, so that you can split the pdf into smaller sections. But i guess this will be for next time since Sam increased the limit on posting a pdf. BTW, those photographs are amazing!!! Loved seeing all of them. Thanks for posting it.

I do not understand. I SHOWED you that when I choose PRINT I do NOT have the option of save to PDF!

Don't get frustrated. Your post didn't show the entire dialog box. Look for the drop=down box labeled "Printer" as shown in the snip in my post. it is going to be above the items shown in your image. For me, it is the first item in that dialog.

One other thing- are you using Windows 11? I think all of us are assuming you are doing so. Another operating system may well behave differently.

Working with Windows is a pain :-). So Days i just want to pull out all of my hair!!

I’ll put together a couple of pics that illustrate what i was saying

two different issues.

To cut apart a PDF, you need something that will edit PDF files. Acrobat will, of course, but it isn't free. Libre Office does it. I don't know what else free does it.

If you can cut the document apart, you have another alternative. Download the image viewer Irfanview. It allows you to translate from one graphics format to another.
PDF Gear also works.

Clicking on the Printer icon gives the Print options - seen on the right side ofthe screenshot.

This will open a new "Save as" dialog.
Enter the name of the new file.
Click on Save to create the new PDF.

You were right, I did not realize that within the "printer" box I would find "save to PDF". I owe everyone an apology for getting upset. I am very sorry.
Please tell me how does save to PDF help me?

Lol

It does not help you anymore since Sam increased the PDf limit to 3MB. But, if he hadn’t then you could have used this feature to split your original PDF into 2 files, saving from Page 1-21 for the first file and Page 22-42 for the second file and then posted the two smaller files.

This is just an exercise for if you run into this issue again with another much larger PDf. :-)

Someone asked what version Windows I am using... yes it is 11 which I just upgraded to last month.
