How do I change my profile "motto"?

I don't know the right terminology for forum stuff, but under my logo/avatar image it says "I've got some serious GAS". It used to just say "Member", and I don't know why or who changed it. That's cute, but I'd rather not have that, so how can I edit it? Or is that a moderator-only capability - we can't define ourselves?

A little more seriously, I was mostly just curious about how that tag works. I couldn’t figure out how to edit it myself. Now I know, and just knowing is quite satisfying.
