I currently use Adobe Photoshop CC which does what I want to do, but is frankly massive overkill for my needs: for example, I currently don't use layers. I don't like Lightroom's file handling methodology (and I shall leave that there).
From what I have seen, Photopea is low on resources - it takes no apps space on your hard disc as it's used via the web, and it seems to have good tutorials and is apparently well supported.
That said, I would be interested to get feedback from any users on their experience.
