Well the cheaper one is 5+ years older.. but the 3 main reasons I chose a GoPro Hero 12 to replace it, is it had the best still photo size, best video image stabilization, auto leveling and waterproof to 66ft without case. From all the reviews I saw.. So far its not badI’ve always wanted to get one. How are the knockoffs compared to the GoPro in terms of image quality?

Drone & Remote Photography will be renamed to Drone & Action Cameras
I think the two will go together nicely.

I did to, and i love it.I just bought an Insta360 X3, which is my first foray into action cams. I bought this one because of the 360 perspective. It lets you video your whole active in 360 degrees and then after the fact frame your video for viewing however you want. I am getting into stunt kiting and I want to be able to see the kite's movement and also what my hands are doing. Now that I have this camera, I'm not so sure how will it is going to do this, but I have already thought of a lot of other things the family can use it for. It is nice to be able to take a picture or video of something and also have a selfie of it happening at the same time! For example, the previous post of the moto video, during the video the camera is turned to the side, and then turned back forward. With a 360 camera you can do that after the fact during editing... or even turn it back to see yourself while it is going on.
