Thanks Simon, no it was just a slow shutter with a pan upwards as the car came out of the tunnel.

Not only is the shutter speed perfect, you timed it exactly right to have some motion, while her face is mostly sharp.

This was fun, now that the humidity here has finally dropped.

Colour shot at 1/4s, B&W at 1/3s.
Both using the wrong sized ND400 filter, held against the front of my lens with my grubby left hand!
