Do you have photos of Statues?

Statue of Papposilenus.
From the Roman stage of the Theatre of Dionysus in Athens.
Marble.
1st—2nd cent. CE.

The Papposilenus is the old Silenus that in his figure is closer to the Satyr than to Silenus instead. However, Satyrs and Sileni are semi-wild figures of the mythological classic Bacchic world and so often they accompany Dionysus.

Brunn Idun, from the NW Trolls project by Danish artist Thomas Dambo. The trolls are built from recycled and reclaimed lumber. There are 6 trolls scattered across the Pacific Northwest. This was my 2nd troll sighting, so I guess this is a project for me now. I'll have to make plans to find the other 4.

Bruun Idun lives in Lincoln Park in West Seattle. According to the story, she comes down from the hills to the shore to play her flute for the Orcas in Puget Sound.
