lol, everyone’s a critic. The church spire is vertical and also in the reflection. So the image correct and level. There is no visible horizon in this image, this is a church on an island on an enclosed lake in the alps. A mist layer was travelling across the lake unparallel to my camera, giving an impression of a wonky horizon.

You are absolutely spot-on. I have learned never to trust a lake shoreline as a horizon. It can run off upwards as it recedes, and you can't rely on it being equidistant to both sides of the image. However, the brain can't help but look on it as a horizon and want to level it! :p
