POTN has had two with these titles for years. People will start a thread without noticing that there's already one essentially the same. My understanding was that the mods disliked the proliferation of threads and would have preferred to combine pairs like this one, but the software didn't include a merge feature.

I like that there are two threads for black and white photos. But if one should be closed, it should be the one for the "best B&W". Because I think that most photos I show are not my best. But I still want to show them because I like them. Like this one:
