The title is a quote from Edward Weston, as given in this site

Anyway, taking that as my theme, and as a view camera user, I thought I'd post a few that meet Edward Weston's criteria.
First up, a camp site; Glen Nevis in Scotland, and the tripod didn't leave our pitch for this photograph:

For the next, the tripod was positioned in a car park, next to the car. The last time I used Google street view, there was a caravan parked on the spot. It's near Inveroran for the curious.
