I recently sent a Bogen-Manfrotto 3021 tripod in excellent condition to KEH for sale. They claimed one of the leg lever locks was broken, which was not the case when I sent it.
In any case I would replace it myself if I could find the part at a reasonable price, but so far, no luck. I did find one modified lever from a Manfrotto parts online, but they wanted $25 plus shipping for it, which is ridiculous.
Anybody know of a place to find these parts?
Thanks for any help.IMG_4140.JPG

Quite a while back (decades), I purchased a set of leg locks for my Bogen thru the distributor.
I just found this via Google search: https://bogentripodparts.com/

A full set of locks are likely to be different looking, but are designed for the correct tube diameters in the 3021 of different vintages.
The 3021 locks from early 1990's looked like this

...slightly different from the locks that originally came on the legs purchased in the early 1980's

Appreciate that link. I had seen it, but was hoping for a more cost-effective solution for this crappy piece of broken plastic, since I want to sell the tripod.

I just read that 3021 Version 1 locks are interchangeable with Version 2, but both are NOT interchangeable with locks on later versions. So be sure to get locks of the right version, no matter what source you can find.

And I found this description...
"Bogen 3021 Version 3 Silver Tripod. Also called Bogen 3020, 3021 or Manfrotto 055". Version 4 was only known under the Manfrotto 055 moniker. No idea about interchangeabily of parts between V3 and V4

Thanks for all the information. My last hope for a cheap replacement is my nephew may have access to 3D printer and hopefully, he can get it done.
