Anybody ever have to repair a Pro-2000/4000?

My Pro-2000 just broke a piece on the carriage assembly. Wondering if anybody knows of a source for parts other than Canon? I am in Canada and they don't seem to have much of a clue up here.

If you know the part numbers, it's sometimes not too hard to find alternative suppliers.
I had a quick look and couldn't see a "proper" parts catalog but there is a site selling a copy of the service manual that may be more helpful
