It's a thumbnail. Viewers can click on it and it becomes the right size. It's good.
When you Attach files, click where it says Insert and then choose Thumbnail or Full Image. You can also click the garbage can icon to delete the image.
I find the easiest way to add an image is to drag it from your computer's drive.

I'm sorry- you made no mistakes. It was a joke about the ambiguities of the English language. The thread title can be parsed as "best picture of your wife" or as "picture of your best wife".
By the way, your English is quite good in your posts.
