So couples can and do influence each others thinking. Having been stung a couple of times I was terrified of bees, at least when I got married. My father-in-law, had been a hobbyist bee keeper and my wife was a wealth of knowledge regarding these little critters. Over time she won me over and now I am more than willing to get in close enough to grab an image. At least now and then. Fairly extreme crop with this as I was trying to maintain a bit of depth of field, to show the Common Tansy flowers. My wife has not completely sold me on tolerating a Tansy plant next to the house but the bees do love them.

Yes, it was good to get over to the East Coast for 11 days and see some rain and green landscapes. We spent a week in Maine and 4 days on Boston.

Week 33/52 Mike's Pastry in North Boston. Cannoli overload. Too many choices.

Nice! It's amazing how that do that overnight. The other morning I walked into the barn and got a face full of spiderweb that had not been there the night before.

Out on the river yesterday. Pretty mellow stretch but I did find these tiny water flowers. Interestingly the flower is a White water crowfoot. I was on the Crowsnest River and Crowfoot was a highly respected Blackfoot Indian Chief.
